Tropea

It stands on a promontory 196 ft high above the sea. The houses are all build on the cliffs.

Tropea is a medieval type of city and during the summer there are many downtown streets closed to traffic, along which you can do a pleasant walk and shop in the many boutiques and shops.

Capo Vaticano

Capo Vaticano is a district in the town of Ricadi, a few miles away from Tropea. It offers beautiful sandy bays, surrounded by cliffs overlooking the sea. Back to Soverato, follow direction Catanzaro.

Pizzo

It is called the city of ice cream, because it was here where the famous truffle of Pizzo was designed, filled with dark chocolate ice cream offered in many ice cream stores of the village.

In the resort Marina there is the promenade, the beach, the seaside resorts and a few restaurants, all dominated by the old town and the Aragonese Castle, where Joachim Murat, Napoleon's brother in law was executed.

Stromboli Volcano

Stromboli is the most dramatic of the Aeolian Islands, and is a popular daytrip destination from the other islands and from the Italian mainland. The island is an ancient and active volcano rising massively from the Mediterranean, with a couple of small settlements on the coast. It is an incredible and awe-inspiring sight!

Stilo

The Cattolica di Stilo is a Byzantine church in the comune of Stilo, Calabria, southern Italy. It is a national monument.

The Cattolica was built in the 9th century, when Calabria was part of the Byzantine Empire. The name derives from the Greek word katholiki, which referred to the churches provided with a baptistery. It is one of the most important examples of Byzantine architecture, together with the church of San Marco in Rossano Calabro.

Cosenza

Cosenza, known as the City of the Bruzi, is one of the most ancient cities of Calabria and is situated on seven hills in the valley of Crati, where it meets the Busento River. Due to its cultural past, it was known as the Athens of Italy; today, it houses the largest university campus in the nation.

San Lucido

It offers the beautiful Rocca castle which dominates the lowland that extends from the slopes of the ancient village to the sea. We recommend you to take a ride through the streets of the historic center, that offers very characteristic glimpses of Calabria. Back to Soverato, follow direction Catanzaro.

Podere Christina Giorgia

A domain situated overlooking the sea, at 320m altitude surrounded by nature, mountains and beauty near the village of San Lucido in the heart of Calabria in southern Italy.

The domain was created several years ago by the love of Raffaele Chiapeta for his family, he converted it into a little paradise where the sun shines around the clock on the domain.

A beautiful twenty-meter swimming pool located amidst an orchard, plants and flowers, giving you the opportunity to enjoy a water cascade featuring four hydro massage jets. The pool has a depth of 1.40m and has a separate area for children from 3m to 2.5m with a depth of 60 cm deep.

Nature

The view of our domain gives you a view over the beautiful green area, the vineyard and the pool with beautiful green plants, and in its extension the beautiful mountain scenery.

Romance

Romance has a large importance int he creation of our domain, enjoying over a nice bottle of Italian wine or Spumanté while watching the sun set… There are several sitting areas equipped with Parasol, one foot above the vineyard terrace overlooking the beautiful scenery of the sea and the breathtaking views of the Stromboli volcano.

Our Vineyard

We have build our vineyard because of its convenient location on the slope and the solar radiation intensity, the harvest year after year gives it all the aspects of a good wine. Growing the different peppers as well as the cornfield are activities that we perform on the domain…Make sure to take a stroll trough our garden and enjoy nature.
