Terms & Conditions
After booking you will be asked to pay a 50% fee for reservation of the total amount, the remaining amount has to be payed 8 days prior to your arrival. Costs for canceling the reservation should be discussed with the owner.
Access to the pool and the use of the bar and towels are provided in the price.
Everything should be tidy, there will be an amount of € 150 charged forthe cleaning service after you leave. A warranty deposit of 1000 euro will be charged and returned to you a week after your stay if everything is in order.
